Roasted Cauliflower Soup Via Pinterest

This soup was amazing! I only had a few things to cook with till I get some more groceries, So I figured out I had just enough ingredients to try out this recipe. You can also make it a vegetarian meal if you keep out the garnish; bacon. I tried to follow the recipe relativity close to the original here... Closet Cooking, but I left out the milk and used a different cheese (what ever I had in the fridge). This is their finished dish...

...And this is mine. It was more thick and I added a pinch of paprika, garlic salt, and a little sour cream.

Just be careful with all the chopping and grating...I gave myself a bad cut right at the end and had to run to the store today for some Maderma so I can hopefully avoid getting a scar. Let me know what you think of the soup if you decide to try it out! :)

P.S. Sorry I have been slow getting back to your comments! I love all of them and will write back soon!
