Polyg Pancakes

Remember when we met Kody and Sister Wife #4 back a few months ago?  Well, Jesse and I were reminded that they are starting season 2 of "Sister Wives" in the next couple of weeks on TLC.  So we looked up the website for their show and found this recipe for pancakes; we now call it "Polyg Pancakes."

You just have to taste them, they're really good!

Ingredients:

2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Flower
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Sugar

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Mix ingredients together in bowl.

Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes.

{We topped ours with whipped cream and chocolate syrup!}
