Taco Tepitos

Jess and I made a lunch trip to the Taco Bus today. It is the best Mexican food we have found out here in Eastern Idaho yet. I know that sounds bad, but really it was good. The food was very fresh and the bus was surprisingly clean...really clean!  Not to mention it was cheap!

This must be one of the town's best kept secrets. There is even a drive-thru on the other side of the bus. We had  to get the whole experience though and go inside. I was almost tempted to ask if they had a special drink we had in Mexico, but I didn't want to push our luck!

The food was huge and mmm... delicious!
